When will the building be completed?
- Phase 1 – 800 Vaughan Ave will have occupancy on March 1 2025
- Phase 2 – 319 Annie Street is in progress
- Phase 3 & 4 to follow
When can I move in?
800 Vaughan Ave will have occupancy on March 1 2025.
Occupancy for other phases still to be determined.
Is there a waitlist? If yes, how to I get on it?

Do you have show suites?
We currently have show suites on the 4th floor. Stair access only (elevator is still being installed). Showing appointments started as of November 25 2024. Please contact us to book an appointment.
When will floor plans be available?
Floor plans are available on the Projects page.
Is there underground parking?
Yes. Our parkade will be heated and available for an additional $130/month. Exterior parking is available for $65/month.
Do you allow pets?
800 Vaughan Ave does allow some pets but no dogs. Maximum 2 pets allowed.
If there is demand for a dog friendly building, one of the future phases will be designated as such. Please indicate if you are interested in a dog friendly building when going to our Waitlist. We will post which phase that will be, if and when it is determined.
Is this a 55+ property?
Prairie Heights Estates is not designated as a 55+ apartment building. All ages are welcome.
Is this a non-smoking property?
No smoking or vaping is permitted.
How many elevators?
There is 1 elevator located at the center of the building.
Are barbecues allowed?
Propane barbecues can be used on the patio.
What type of window treatments?
All bedrooms will have a pull down blind installed.
