When will the building be completed?
We are well on or way and making great progress. We are aiming for January/February 2025.
When can I move in?
The plan is to have the 4th and 3rd floors move-in ready prior to the completion of the entire building.
Is there a waitlist? If yes, how to I get on it?
Yes! Complete the Join Waitlist form or call us at 204-888-LION (5466).
Do you have show suites?
We expect to have show suites available in September 2024 by appointment. Be the first one to know when the schedule is by joining our waitlist. Show suites will be on the 4th floor and will include 3 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom (Cantilever) and 1 Bedroom options.
When will floor plans be available?
Floor plans are available on the Projects page.
Is there underground parking?
Yes. Our parkade will be heated and available for an additional $130/month. Exterior parking is available for $65/month.
Do you allow pets?
Cats only.
Is this a 55+ property?
Prairie Heights Estates is not designated as a 55+ apartment building. All ages are welcome.
Is this a non-smoking property?
No smoking or vaping is permitted.
